Cardio-Kickboxing

If you're looking to lose weight, get toned, and improve your fitness, look no further than DPMA's Kickboxing & Fitness classes. Each exercise routine will works your coordination, strength, and speed. Our Kickboxing class teaches a variety of strikes and kicks inspired by American, International, Muay Thai, and Japanese kickboxing, while at the same time offering circuit training that is simple enough for a novice, but demanding enough to challenge fitness professionals.

Learn valuable self-dense techniques while enjoying an awesome workout! Workouts are high-intensity, high-energy, and high-fun, mixing body resistance exercises such as squats, push-ups, and sit-ups with bag- and partner-training drills. All workouts are strictly cooperative; students may hold hand- or kick-pads for each other, but do not spar or fight in class and are not expected to compete.
